Warranty Policy
At THƆ̈K, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to providing reliable support to our customers.
All THƆ̈K products are covered by a 3-year legal warranty against manufacturing defects, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Warranty Coverage
The warranty applies to manufacturing defects that affect the normal use and performance of the product.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal use, accidents, misuse or external factors.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Abnormal wear or damage beyond what would reasonably be expected for the period of use.
- Excessive use or use outside normal playing conditions, including but not limited to professional or competitive use.
- Weather conditions, electrical discharges, negligence or accidents.
- Improper handling, including impacts, drops, scratches or cracks caused by external factors.
- Exposure to moisture or liquid infiltration.
- Use of non-original accessories.
- Technical interventions, modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized persons.
Warranty Claim Process
To submit a warranty claim, please complete the return request form available in your customer account area.
You will be required to provide the following information:
- Order ID
- Order Date
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Product Name
- Product Code
- Quantity
- Reason for Return
- Whether the product has been opened
- Description of the issue or additional details
Please provide accurate information and, whenever possible, include photographs showing the issue with the product.
Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims
The customer is responsible for the initial shipping cost when sending the product to THƆ̈K for inspection.
If the warranty claim is approved and the issue is confirmed as a valid manufacturing defect, THƆ̈K will reimburse the return shipping cost upon presentation of valid proof of payment.
Warranty Resolution
If a warranty claim is approved, the customer may choose between:
- A 100% discount voucher to purchase any THƆ̈K racket available.
- A full refund of the product value.
Due to the limited production nature of the THƆ̈K VENATOR, warranty claims will not be handled through product repair or replacement.
Limited Edition Products
The THƆ̈K VENATOR is a limited edition product with only 50 units produced worldwide.
Each racket has its own unique serial number and identity. Availability of replacement units cannot be guaranteed after the limited stock has been sold.
Proof of Purchase
A valid purchase invoice is required to process any warranty claim.
The invoice must clearly identify the product and purchase date.
